Heilongjiang North Tool Co., Ltd is the mainstay enterprise subordinated to China South Industries Group, which was established in 1946. It is the National Second Class Quality Measurement Inspection and Security Confidentiality Classification Unit. It has passed through the Quality Management System Certification of 2008 version and the Arms Equipment Manufacturing Unit Qualification Examination Certificate. It has been conferred by the State of the national-level “Honor the Contract and Keep a Promise”. Through the long-term cooperation with some domestic well-know universities and institutes such as Harbin Institute of Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology and Shenyang Ligong University in some fields like subject R&D and product development, the company’s ability of independent research and development and capability of application has been made sustainable and steady improvement.
As a wholly owned subsidiary of Heilongjiang North Tool Co., Ltd, the machinery manufacturing company has 140 employees or more, among which there are 15 engineering and technical personnel（2 research-level senior engineers, 4 senior engineers and 9 engineers), 51 senior technical workers ( 10 senior technicians, 12 technicians). The company has owned more than 200 sets of all kinds of mechanical processing equipments. It is the machinery manufacturing enterprise with the strongest comprehensive strength in the eastern region of Heilongjiang Province. The brand products of “Beifang Rongchuang” of Dry Powdery Grnulation Equipments which being researched and developed independently by the company have been widely used in the line of fertilizer production enterprises. The company’s products have successfully occupied the markets of three provinces in the Northeast of China, the Eastern Inner-Mongolian, and the Northern China. The equipment products are far sold to Russia. The company has now become the member unit of the National Fertilizer Machinery Equipment Industry Association.
